The Round (더라운드) main logotype & brand identity for this Korean-Chinese premium fusion restaurant

BRANDING: The Round is a contemporary Chinese restaurant located in Gangnam-Gu, celebrated for its seamless fusion of Chinese and Korean culinary traditions.

As Senior Art Director, I crafted a sophisticated brand identity that mirrors the restaurant’s refined dining experience.
In response to the owner's preference for a Western typeface, I introduced a traditional Chinese ink-inspired round symbol, creating a harmonious blend of modernity and cultural heritage.
This central symbol serves as a dynamic design element, versatile across both offline and online platforms with its varied ink iterations.
To further enhance the brand, I incorporated Chinese-inspired illustrations that evoke the rich flavors and textures of the cuisine, adding depth and character to the overall visual identity.
