CHALLENGE: revamp the brand identity and packaging design for CtrlAX, a premium ultrasonic cutter from Wondercutter, to reflect its technological prowess and versatility.

BRANDING: the logotype incorporates the essence of ultrasonic cutting technology.
A clean, minimalist font conveys the simplicity, portability, and adaptability of CtrlAX.
The letters "C," "A," and "X" are strategically cut to represent the CtrlAX cutting process, additionally, subtle ultrasonic graphics are embedded within the "A" and "X" for a touch of technological flair.
The color palette with a trendy color scheme exudes professionalism and technical expertise, accentuated by a gradient that evokes the feeling of the ultrasonic cutting process.

PACKAGING: with a minimalism design, the packaging prioritizes a clean and simple aesthetic, emphasizing the cutting action of CtrlAX.
Box design with a specific box set reinforces the cutting process through its clear and uncluttered design.
Ultrasonic symbols, custom ultrasonic symbols were created to enhance both online and offline graphic design possibilities.

CONTEXT: Cutra has developed the concept of WonderCutter which was born in 2015 and has years of development and continuous improvement to reach the current final product in 2017.

Its system is patented and has been a success with its Kickstarter launch campaign, it has received the prize for the best invention in recent years at various prestigious fairs of new inventions such as the fair in Genova, Seoul or Silicon Valley has become popular as the great cutting tool in 3D printing as well as in other areas.

Following the success of Wondercutter, CtrlAX | Premium Ultrasonic Cutter | 40,000 Vibrations/Sec was launched on Kickstarter in November 2022.
